Focus Legends Privacy Policy
The short version: Focus Legends has no account, shows no ads, doesn't track you, and doesn't sell anything about you. Your progress lives on your device. The app doesn't even ask for internet access.
Who we are
Focus Legends is made by Phoenix Rise Interactive, an independent app studio based in the United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact us at phoenixriseinteractive@gmail.com.
What the app stores, and where
Focus Legends stores your progress, settings and session history on your device only. There is no account, no sign-in and no cloud sync. Nothing is sent to us. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Permissions the app asks for
- Notifications — so your phone can tell you when a study session has finished, even with the screen locked. You can say no; the timer still works, it just won't buzz.
- Alarms and reminders — so "session finished" arrives on the right minute rather than whenever the phone gets round to it.
- Keeping the screen awake — only while a session is running and the app is open, so the timer stays visible on your desk.
None of these send anything anywhere.
In-app purchases (not yet)
This version of Focus Legends has no in-app purchases. Everything in it is earned by studying. If a future version adds optional purchases — for example cosmetic outfits for your character — payment will be handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We would never see your card details, billing address or Apple/Google account information, only that a purchase was made so the app can unlock it. We'll update this page before that happens.
What Focus Legends does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or usage tracking.
- No chat, messaging, or sharing of personal information.
- No selling, renting or sharing of data — there is nothing to sell.
Children
Focus Legends can be used by anyone, including children under 13, and is built with that in mind: it has no account, no chat, no advertising, no analytics, no purchases and no way to share personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age. If you believe a child has sent us personal information — for example by email — contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data held about you. Because we hold none, the practical answer is simple: everything is on your device, under your control, and deleting the app deletes it. If you believe we hold something about you — for example from an email you sent us — write to phoenixriseinteractive@gmail.com and we'll deal with it promptly.
Changes to this policy
Focus Legends has no accounts today. We may add optional accounts or cloud sync in the future — for example to keep progress across devices. If we do, it will be optional, we'll update this page first and change the effective date at the top, and the app will tell you exactly what an account stores before you create one. Nothing you have on your device today will be uploaded without you choosing it.
